Lot of noise

There was a lot of noise during the night, from the outside. There is a bar/restaurant next the the hotel with people till late in the morning outside.

Hotel staff looks after their guests

The staff at the front desk are fantastic. They are very aware of their guests and take care of them. I greatly appreciated that the hotel doors are locked after 12 pm and you have to show your hotel card to management to get in through the door. As a female staying alone, this made me feel safe. I booked a taxi to the train station through the hotel. They were aware of my early departure and called my room to make sure I was awake, then called the taxi company to confirm the early arrival. The management goes the extra mile for their guests. Five stars.

my room was small, there was noise from the street in the night, the bathroom very small and not practical, the light not very good

Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is very well located - despite being central, it is away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is welcoming, and the reception area is very pleasant, featuring a snooker table and options for snacks and drinks available from vending machines as well as the hotel’s own bar. There are wonderful restaurants nearby. The only thing I did not like were the pillows, which are extremely large, but I did not request a change. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best

The hotel full filled all my needs and expectations. The location, room, breakfast was excellent. Not to mention the staff, who are very kind and helpful! I recommend it everyone.
